Action Research Outline Action Research Plan Literature Review Action Research Defined Contribution to Learning What is Action Research? Back to Top ^ After deciding on a research question and topic, I created my outline where I organized my thoughts and the process of my research. Without going into much depth and detail, I was able to structure my plan with the appropriate solid material needed. It is vital that I, the researcher, take time to review literature that is related to my action research. It has allowed me to gain a better and deeper understanding of my study. This literature review will also give me time to reflect on past, present, and future studies of blended learning. Back to Top ^ This action research plan assesses how blended learning station rotations will increase overall student engagement and achievement in kindergarten compared to worksheets. I will use an observation chart, students will be polled and interviewed, data will be analyzed, and results will be communicated and reflected upon. This action research plan and process will allow the researcher to reflect on the results and determine what future plan(s) should be obtained next. Although my colleagues each had their own action research question and plan, it was interesting to hear about their plan and how they intended to obtain their data. Continuing to work together allowed us all to push our thinking when we started to get buried in all the research. I was able to refocus and regain better clarity of what my ultimate goal for this research truly was. *Video coming soon* Back to Top ^
